All products sold on this Site are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. Products are NOT for human or animal consumption and are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any medical or therapeutic use.

Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Citadel Labs. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or originate from jurisdictions where the products are restricted.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only, unless otherwise stated. Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened products.
In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis.
